1. What Cues is

Cues is a self-improvement and behavioral training platform. It helps users track real-world social interactions, build communication confidence, and develop consistency through structured execution, XP, streaks, and optional human coaching sessions.

Cues is not a dating service, a matchmaking platform, or a manipulation tactic library. It is a personal-development tool.

2. No guarantee of results

Outcomes depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and real-world behavior. We do not guarantee specific results — emotional, social, romantic, or otherwise. Cues provides tools, prompts, and structure; the work is yours.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions in the real world, online, and toward other people. Anything you log, attempt, or do based on prompts inside Cues is your decision. Cues is not liable for the consequences of your conduct.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Cues to plan, justify, or carry out:

• Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or unwanted persistent contact toward any person.
• Manipulation, deception, coercion, or psychologically abusive tactics.
• Any illegal activity under Indian law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• Targeting minors in any romantic or social-pressure context.
• Content or behavior that is hateful, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate.

Consent and respect for the other person are non-negotiable. If a feature ever feels like it encourages otherwise, that's a misuse, not the intent.

5. Account rules

• One account per person. Keep your login credentials private.
• You must be 18 or older, or have legal guardian consent.
• Don't impersonate others, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt it.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — including misuse, harassment reports, payment fraud, or attempts to harm other users. Where reasonable, we'll warn first; for serious violations, we may act immediately and without refund.

7. Payments

Subscriptions and one-off guidance sessions are processed via Razorpay. By purchasing, you accept the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Cues is a self-improvement tool. Results depend on user effort and real-world behavior. We do not guarantee outcomes. Cues does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cues, its operators, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
